Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our Return Policy.
1. Before Shipping
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Contact us immediately to cancel your order.
2. After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item according to our Return Policy.
3. Custom Orders
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If you cancel an order before shipping, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
